About

The Tacoma Weavers Guild has gathered to encourage, teach, and empower weavers since 1935. On the second Friday of every month, from September through June, members of the guild meet to enjoy a teaching program and share their latest creations. We come from wildly diverse backgrounds. Some have never woven. Others have forty years of experience. Some of our members raise sheep. Others live in apartment buildings. No matter our background, our mutual love of all things fiber related keeps us engaged and continually learning.

Our members are creative people; you’ll find members who also knit, paint, sew and create pottery. No matter where your fiber interests lie, there’s something for you with Tacoma Weavers Guild. We’d love to have you join us!
